It’s been a tough few months for many of us, and at a time where our health has never been more important, we have partnered up with Public Health England to help you get back on track and manage your health. We are providing support to anyone who needs help losing weight and getting fit. No judgement and no fees - simply sign up to our services below and join hundreds of others who are taking control of their health.

Obesity affects nearly two-thirds of adults in the UK. Put simply; the extra weight puts pressure around our vital organs, making it more difficult for the lungs to get oxygen around the body. It makes it harder for us to fight against diseases like cancer, heart disease and COVID-19, so lowering your BMI helps to reduce your risk against these diseases.

We get it - modern life, particularly in recent times, doesn’t make it easy to lose weight and most of us will gain it gradually over time. To be a healthy weight, you should aim to have a BMI between 18.5 and 25. Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups (BAME) should aim to have a BMI between 18.5 and 23*. Not sure what your BMI is? Find out now.

Our weight loss services are available to anyone with a BMI over 30 and the NHS Weight Loss programme is available for anyone with a BMI over 25.
