Free Friday Workout and Well-being Session

October 7, 2020

Join Aspire, and the Active Reach programme every Friday from 10.30am to 12.00 pm to get fitter, have fun, and improve your well-being. Free 40-minute online workout from the comfort of your home through zoom. The workout will be lead by Su, Achieve Practitioner and Physical Activity Lead. From 11.30 am, there will be a group mindfulness chat by Mind Oxfordshire to explore how you are feeling, which a perfect way to end the session. Follow the link below to join. Everyone is welcome.
