Absolutely. From the first week, the practitioner will provide you with a Gloji Mind+ journal and email across a summary of the session with any relevant resources discussed. If you feel additional material would help with motivation across the week, the practitioner is happy to send short, thought-provoking tidbits of information via text, email or WhatsApp in between these one-to-one sessions.
+
This is just a very informal 30-45 minute series of questions with the practitioner about your lifestyle, physical health and wellbeing that can be arranged face-to-face, online or via the telephone. Before enrolling onto the programme, we just wish to ensure that Gloji Mind+ is the best fit for you. There are no wrong or right answers, it’s simply the early stages of understanding you and establishing a programme you feel excited to commit to.
+
The practitioner will get in contact and attempt to arrange another appointment later in the week. If an appointment is unable to be arranged that week, the programme can be re-ordered accordingly if you feel that session would still be of use. Gloji Mind+ is delivered across 12 weeks and if sessions are repeatedly missed, the practitioner will reach out to discuss whether this programme is something you wish to continue with.
