Swim 2 Slim is an innovative new 12-week programme that combines all the benefits of swimming with a supported digital weight loss programme that works around busy schedules.
Participants will receive 10 swimming sessions led by a qualified swimming Coach. Swimming is a great all-around activity. This low impact exercise keeps the heart rate up while taking some of the impact stress off the body. Participants will build endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness.
Please note that participants need to be able to currently swim at least 25 meters.
These friendly weekly group sessions focus on:
• Breathing and exhalation
• Arm recovery styles and hand entry
• Stroke mechanics and improving propulsion for less effort
• Body position and kick technique
