Gloji Mind + Practitioner

"Hello, my name is Beth and I’m the Gloji Mind+ Health Practitioner here at Achieve Oxfordshire. With roots in clinical and commercial nutrition, I've come to understand how food affects us all in different ways. After years of seeing 'diet' tirelessly repeated in the market, I'm proud to deliver Gloji Mind+, a one-to-one programme that finally acknowledges our differences and approaches health holistically."
