3 Ingredient Banana Pancake Recipe


1 large, mashed banana
2 eggs
1 tbsp cinnamon

Coconut oil or a non-flavored oil


1. Heat up a small amount of coconut/oil in your frying pan
2. Whisk together the banana, eggs and cinnamon. The batter will be very loose and more like whisked eggs than regular pancake batter
3. Drop about 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan and fry until cooked
4. Remember to flip your pancakes
5. You can add any toppings to you pancakes
