Gloji Groups

A 12 week weight loss programme that is delivered in a group setting. Benefit from the group support and encouragement each week and cover topics such as emotional eating, making and breaking habits, getting active, what's inside our food and much more.

Tired of diets, rules and restrictions? Keen to not only lose weight, but keep it off for the long term?

Our Gloji Groups programme is here to educate and empower you to take charge of your health and wellbeing.

Delivered by experts in nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change, Gloji Groups helps you build healthy habits around food and physical activity for long term, sustainable change.

  • 12 group sessions for support, accountability, learning and sharing ideas
  • 1:1 support from your practitioner between sessions (optional)
  • A safe, judgement-free space with no public weigh-ins
  • A holistic approach combining education around nutrition, physical     activity, behaviour change, sleep, alcohol and how to deal with difficult situations such as restaurants, cafes and social situations.
  • Our aim is to take away the pressure, stress, and guilt so many people feel around food and weight loss, and instead, focus on small, targeted changes that are a fit for your lifestyle.
  • Each session has a theme, and includes conversations around making and breaking habits, managing portions, understanding sugars and fats, hunger and fullness, motivation, emotions, goal setting, social events and benefits or movement.
  • The course consists of a 1:1 discovery call and twelve 90 minute group sessions.
  • We follow up with you 3 months after the course ends and 6 months after that to offer long term support
  • We have group sessions running in the morning, afternoon and evening
  • Sessions will run weekly at the same time, either held online of face to face across Oxfordshire
  • Your weight will not be shared with anyone else in the group
  • Membership to our Gloji Gym is included free of charge

what our clients say...

"I liked that this course focused on positive things rather than negative, for example focusing on things we can add to it rather than removing something."
