Be kind

Being kind to ourselves isn’t just about what we eat or how much we move. Making sure we’re getting a good nights sleep or managing stress make a big difference too. We tend to be great at being kind to others but find it harder to do the same for ourselves. We hope these resources help you give yourself a bit of a break and speak more kindly about yourself – after all, we’re all just doing our best!
