The new NHS Better Health Campaign urges Oxfordshire’s residents to kickstart healthier lifestyles in the fight against COVID-19 and other diseases, through achieving a healthy weight and becoming more physically active. During the pandemic, more than half of the population have found it harder to stay healthy. This campaign aims to connect residents with a range of choices to help make healthy lifestyle changes.
